Orders can enjoy fast free delivery within 3 to 10 days.

Orders placed after 2 PM PST or on weekends process the next business day. Shipments outside the continental U.S. may take longer.

Processing Times
Processing time is how long it takes to pick, pack, and ship your order. The typical time is 1 business day in addition to shipping time.

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by tracking details once your order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a shipment is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, HOMEKICEN is no longer liable for the package. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after successful delivery. We recommend monitoring your tracking link closely and ensuring a secure delivery location.

Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. HOMEKICEN is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your order.

International Shipping
We usually ship from the United States. If the stock is insufficient, we will ship from China to your delivery address via international shipping, and the delivery time is within 5-10 days.
