Return Policy –HOMEKICEN

We get it — sometimes a product just isn’t the right fit. Whether the finish didn’t match your bathroom or the shower head didn’t suit your setup, we’ve got you covered.

That’s why we offer a flexible, hassle-free return policy designed to make things as easy as possible.


What qualifies for a return?
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: Return your product within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in good condition and include all original components, instructions, and packaging.

Complete Packaging: Returns must include all original parts, user guides, and packaging materials.


How do I make a return?
1. Submit your return: Start a return through our self-service returns portal . Please don’t ship items before submitting your request—unauthorized returns aren’t eligible for a refund.

2. Repackage securely: Place the item and all components in the original manufacturer’s packaging, then in a sturdy shipping box.

3. Ship your return: Send it to the HOMEKICEN Returns Department via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Use protective padding to prevent damage.

4. Receive your refund: Once inspected and approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. You’ll have 30 days from approval to ship the item back.

Important: Returns not received within 30 days of approval will be marked as “Not Received” and closed.


Are there any return fees??
Return shipping and handling fee: If you return an item for personal reasons (including the following situations), you need to pay the shipping costs yourself:

• Changed your mind
• No longer needed
• Bought a different product or brand

No fee applies if your return is due to a defect, damage, or missing parts.


How are refunds handled?
Partial refunds: Returns missing parts, instructions, or original packaging may receive a partial refund.

Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.


What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, email homekicen@gmail.com with your order number, description, and photos of the issue. Once verified, we’ll authorize a return.

Replacements cannot be issued until the return is received and inspected, so please notify us as soon as possible.
